Peter Piper Plaza is a 76,704 sq. ft. retail shopping center located on the Southwest corner of Baseline Road and McClintock Drive in Tempe, Arizona. This retail center has been meticulously maintained and underwent an exterior renovation in 2012 to include varying rooflines of the building to highlight individual storefronts and entrances making the plaza resemble the feel of an outdoor market. Included in the renovation was the installation of extensive exterior stonework, new paint in a warm color scheme, updated landscaping and an improved parking lot. The center is a mix of national and locally owned tenants such as: Peter Piper Pizza, Ace Hardware, Sherwin Williams, Jack-in-the-Box and B&B Pools.
