Greenfield Plaza is a 111,153 sq. ft. neighborhood retail shopping center located at the Northeast corner of Greenfield Road and University Drive in Mesa, Arizona. Greenfield Plaza underwent extensive renovations in 2011 to include added brick work, brick bases designed around columns to add depth to the façade, varying roof lines to add dimension, modernized paint in a warm color scheme, updated landscaping, and a parking lot restoration. The plaza is anchored by Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and American Freight Furniture as well as a mix of national and locally owned tenants.
