Marcos de Niza Plaza is a 66,625 sq. ft. retail shopping center located on the Southwest corner of Guadalupe and Rural Roads in the vibrant city of Tempe, Arizona. Anchored by Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, the center is a mix of national and locally owned tenants such as: Serrano’s Mexican Restaurant, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, and Cricket Wireless, Marcos de Niza Plaza was renovated in 2016. Extensive renovations included: a new façade that included stone accents, tower features, exterior lighting and new parking lot.
