Since 1980, Michael Pollack has focused on a specific segment of commercial real estate: the turnaround of underperforming retail and mixed-use properties. Rather than ground-up development, his work centers on acquiring and revitalizing assets that have lost tenancy, foot traffic, and long-term viability.

Over more than 50 years, Michael has overseen the renovation of over 11 million square feet of commercial space. He has held a general contractor’s license in both California and Arizona and has remained directly involved in the execution of his projects, maintaining close control over both construction and financial outcomes.

His work has been recognized at the municipal and state level. The City of Chandler issued a formal proclamation acknowledging his role in revitalizing more than 400,000 square feet of retail space within the city. Public officials across multiple states have also recognized his contributions to local economic development, particularly in restoring properties that serve as important anchors within their communities.
