Glenfair Plaza is located on the northwest corner of 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Glendale, Arizona. An affiliate company of Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments acquired the property in January 1997.

Originally built in 1960, the 84,060-square foot center was approximately 60% vacant when it was purchased and in desperate need of renovation.

This property was slated for a total transformation, which began in 1998. The changes included a newly designed façade, modern tile rooflines, new paint color schemes, upgraded landscaping, re-surfaced parking lot, and exterior lighting additions.

After nine months of redevelopment and approximately $520,000, the occupancy rate has stabilized at 98%. With lease-up complete, Glenfair Plaza is home to a grocery anchor and other notable tenants such as Family Dollar Stores, Eatza Pizza, Total Mart and Payless Shoes.
