The transformation of Gilbert Plaza from a dated strip center to a vibrant shopping center is one of the most remarkable examples of redevelopment that Mesa has seen in some time.

The 32,000 square foot strip center was completely redeveloped, including an extensive facelift of the buiding’s exterior, a new architectural style, new signage and a resurfacing and landscaping of the parking lot.
